Praka Sahi, DDS
General Dentist
Dr. Praka Sahi has been practicing dentistry for over 20 plus years. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Dentistry, MI in 1996. She continues to take continuing education courses and attends local dental study clubs to update her knowledge in cosmetic dentistry, oral sedation, and oral appliances for obstructive sleep apnea. Dr. Sahi attends continuing education courses and workshops offered by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, Seattle Children's Hospital and Frank Spear Education, as well as courses offered by the University of Washington School of Dentistry and the Washington State Dental Association. She is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Sonja Bassoo was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Biomedical Science and attended University of Texas School of Dentistry where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2012. She and her family recently moved to Washington as her husband is completing his medical residency in UW..
Dr. Bassoo is passionate about providing the highest quality dental care. She brings her love of dentistry to every patient and understands that every patient has unique needs. She strives to create a relaxing environment with her chairside manner, while emphasizing patient education and preventative care. Dr. Bassoo has been practicing dentistry for over 9 years and has experience treating patients of all ages.
In her free time, Dr. Bassoo loves spending time with her four year old daughter and exploring the many outdoor activities Washington has to offer. Dr. Bassoo is excited to meet you!

Amir Emam, DDS

Dr. Amir Emam started his academic career at Washington State University, graduating with Bachelors of Arts in Fine Arts and Bachelors of Science in Biology. He then graduated from The Northwestern University in Chicago where he received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 1999. Dr. Emam was in private practice in Arizona for 14 years where he was also an adjunct faculty at The Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health.
He then returned to Pacific Northwest for his 3 years specialty training in Periodontics at The University of Washington. He has been an affiliate faculty at The University of Washington since finishing the program. When not practicing dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and two boys.
Nishita Bahl, DDS

Born in India, but raised in Calgary, Canada. Dr. Bahl completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. After finishing her DDS, she decided to pursue pediatric dentistry, completing her Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY. During her studies, Dr. Bahl was involved in various local and international outreach programs, visiting and falling in love with Nepal.
Dr. Bahl is passionate about becoming involved with the community and forming relationships with her patients and their families. During her free time, Dr. Bahl likes spending time outdoors, learning tennis, and spending time with friends and family.

Ana has been a dental assistant since 2013, she is very friendly and passionate about dentistry. She has one son and he keeps her plenty busy after work. Ana also speaks Romanian and Russian.
JOANNA , RDA
Joanna has been a dental assistant for over 13 years. Dental field is her passion and she loves patient interaction. Jo is a mother to two sons and keeps her occupied after work with soccer games. Joanna is fluent in Spanish.
